I can't say so because I've never been there, but I don't see what the huge deal would have been if you'd bjorned the baby. However, maybe you wouldn't have gotten as much attention from the ladies after all as it would have stripped you of your masculinity instead of enhancing it. You should try it the other way next time and see what happens.
